About the directory

WestListings is a paid business directory serving Western Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba). It is operated by KzS Digital Marketing.

Listings

A listing is an annual subscription at the published rate (currently $99/year). Your listing includes a public business profile page with a do-follow backlink to your website.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted. We reserve the right to edit or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or in violation of these terms.

Listings must represent a legitimate business operating in Western Canada. We do not accept listings for illegal activities, adult content, or businesses that are not based in or primarily serving BC, AB, SK, or MB.

Payments and renewals

Payment is processed securely by Helcim Inc. Listings are active for 12 months from the date of payment. You are responsible for renewing your listing before it expires. We will attempt to notify you by email prior to expiry.

Refunds are not issued once a listing has been published. If there is a billing error, contact us within 7 days.

Backlinks

Each paid listing includes one do-follow backlink to the URL you provide. You may update your URL by contacting us. The backlink is provided as long as the listing is active and paid.

Intellectual property

By submitting a logo or other images, you confirm you have the right to use them and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them on your listing page for the duration of your subscription.

WestListings is a directory only. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any business listed on the site. We are not liable for transactions or interactions between users and listed businesses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
